Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Aura the Curious Little Explorer. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund after reviewing your request.

To help us process your claim, please include:

* Your order number

* A brief description of the issue

* Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Because books are copyrighted materials, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for books that have been used, read, or are no longer in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or there was an error with your order. If a return is approved for reasons other than damage or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the book must be returned in new, unused condition before a refund is issued.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution. If you have any questions about your order, we’re happy to help.
